14-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 14 days of your initial Pro subscription purchase, no questions asked. If RenalDose Pro does not meet your expectations within the first 14 days, you are entitled to a complete refund of your subscription fee.
This guarantee applies to your first subscription payment only. It is designed to give you confidence to try RenalDose Pro risk-free.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund within the 14-day guarantee period, follow these steps:
- Send an email to support@renaldose.com with the subject line "Refund Request."
- Include your subscription ID or the email address associated with your RenalDose account.
- No explanation is required, but we welcome any feedback that can help us improve the service.
Processing Time
Once we receive your refund request, we will process it within 5 to 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued back through your original PayPal billing method or billing arrangement used at the time of purchase.
Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional few business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
After the 14-Day Period
After the 14-day guarantee window has passed, we do not offer refunds for subscription payments. However, you can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:
- Your Pro access continues until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle.
- Your account will revert to the free tier once the billing period ends.
- RenalDose does not retain server-side patient or calculation records as part of the subscription.
Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in the following circumstances:
- Fraud — Evidence of fraudulent activity, including creating multiple accounts to exploit the refund guarantee.
- Abuse — Repeated refund requests indicating misuse of the guarantee policy.
- Violation of Terms — Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service.
- Chargebacks — If a chargeback has already been filed with your payment provider, we will work through the dispute process rather than issuing a separate refund.
